ENV led the remediation of PFAS-contaminated soil and groundwater at a NSW coastal Slipway from September 2021 to April 2023. The project included soil and groundwater sampling, development of environmental management plans, removal of contaminated soil and treatment of contaminated groundwater. A Remediation Action Plan addressed contaminants including PFAS, PCB, heavy metals and asbestos. Dewatering and water treatment provided by ENV ensured compliance with environmental and health-based discharge standards during the construction of the slipway facility.
