Director

Principal Engineer and Director, James Foster is highly accomplished across multiple facets of Environmental/ Chemical Engineering, Project Management and Business Management. With a Solutions-focus, James has a proven track record providing clients and regulators with strategies designed to meet environmental, financial and construct-ability outcomes.

Whether he is developing innovative resource recovery projects, designing and delivering complex unit processes, engaging with clients and regulators or lecturing and providing strategic engineering direction for tertiary providers – James is an expert at finding and delivering the win – win solution.

Robert Mitchell,
Director

Acting Operations Manager and Co-Director, Rob Mitchell implements and manages systems and structures across the full ENV Solutions business spectrum; and oversees the dewatering, water treatment and projects divisions.

With extensive experience as an Industrial Chemist and Project Manager, Rob has developed and delivered resource recovery and efficiency-based projects across the oil and gas, food and beverage and cogeneration industry sectors. Now he focuses on groundwater remediation projects (PFAS, Hydrocarbons and Other), specialty projects and general business management – developing teams and delivering optimal solutions.

Jake Rozyn,
Director

A Co-Director, Jake is a high achieving and expertly experienced Environmental Engineer and oversees the Environmental Consultation and Occupational Hygiene sectors. Jake is accredited with Asbestos, Mould, HAZMAT and Methamphetamine Validation.

With a quality business-driven approach, Jake provides innovative turnkey solutions for clients and regulators that give peace of mind and reassurance for complex environmental and occupational hygiene challenges.

Bianca Smith,

General Manager

Bianca’s education and work responsibilities have enabled her to develop a broad range of corporate skills in human resource management, business development, marketing, strategic, quality and financial management. Bianca has the ability to see the big picture and juggle competing priorities to deliver strategic outcomes. Bianca understands the critical drivers for professional services organisations and have a detailed understanding of how a business runs.
