ENV Solutions was engaged to manage dewatering and water treatment for a 32-storey apartment complex with four basement parking levels. Initially designed for a flow rate of 8 L/sec, the system required additional plant to handle flow rates of up to 70 L/sec. ENV implemented a temporary water treatment plant that utilised pH correction, aeration, and flocculation techniques to effectively treat groundwater, focusing on the correction of physicochemical parameters and removal of metal contaminants, particularly iron.
