The Role:
As a Senior Environmental Engineer/Scientist, you’ll be instrumental in:
- Leading complex contaminated land management projects and occupational hygiene assessments.
- Innovating bespoke solutions to environmental challenges across a variety of sectors.
- Providing expert advice and leading field programs, including soil, groundwater, and vapour analysis.
- Authoring comprehensive technical reports and guiding junior staff in their development.
- Engaging in client relationship management and business development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and industry standards.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5-10+ years of experience in contaminated land management and occupational hygiene.
- Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) and eligibility for AIOH membership.
- Proven project management expertise and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced technical abilities and strong report writing skills.
- Full Australian work rights and driver’s licence.
Desirable Skills:
- GIS capabilities and experience with various remediation technologies.
- Industry accreditations (CenvP, Chartered Engineer).
