The Role:

As a Senior Environmental Engineer/Scientist, you’ll be instrumental in:

  • Leading complex contaminated land management projects and occupational hygiene assessments.
  • Innovating bespoke solutions to environmental challenges across a variety of sectors.
  • Providing expert advice and leading field programs, including soil, groundwater, and vapour analysis.
  • Authoring comprehensive technical reports and guiding junior staff in their development.
  • Engaging in client relationship management and business development initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and industry standards.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in contaminated land management and occupational hygiene.
  • Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) and eligibility for AIOH membership.
  • Proven project management expertise and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced technical abilities and strong report writing skills.
  • Full Australian work rights and driver’s licence.

Desirable Skills:

  • GIS capabilities and experience with various remediation technologies.
  • Industry accreditations (CenvP, Chartered Engineer).
