Peer-to-peer internal training:

Peer-to-peer learning is a mutual learning and training strategy that exists within the ENV Ecosystem. Put simply, peer-to-peer learning is when a member of the ENV team shares a formal (technical or non-technical) training session to a group of co-workers.

Tapping into the vast expertise that exists across the ENV team, we believe that shared knowledge is one of the biggest assets within our Ecosystem and peer to peer training is an amazingly effective way to learn new skills.

All team members are encouraged to participate in relevant peer-to-peer training sessions – or launch your training idea in your teams IDS meeting – lets learn together.

External training:

If you have an idea as to how external training might better serve you, your team, our clients and the business as a whole – put together a proposal for the directors to review.

Memberships & associations:

If you would like to build a network, obtain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points, and rub shoulders with leaders across your industry – put together a proposal for the directors demonstrating how this would align with ENV Values.
