Operations Coordinator – Ballina, NSW

For the better part of a decade, ENV Solutions have been providing end-to-end environmental solutions that benefit the client and the environment. We are currently looking for and Operations Coordinator to support our ever-growing consulting team.

Based in Ballina, the operations Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients and a key point of contact for our employees, managers, and business owners. This exciting new role is very diverse and will see you supporting most areas of the business.

This is a permanent, full-time position. We would be happy to consider part time hours, but these would need to be across 5 weekdays.

Roles Inclusions

  • Systems champion providing IT user support for database “synergy”.
  • Reception, point of contact for clients, team and co-ordinating communication.
  • Supporting project delivery including finalisation of invoices after completion of project.
  • Managing administration of our inventory and assets.
  • Being our WHS champion.
  • Coordinating HR administration tasks.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can take initiative, get things done and provide consistently high-level support to the team. Your skills and experience will include:

  • Previous experience in operations and logistics, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to independently manage a busy and varied workload to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Exceptional personal presentation and the capacity to present with confidence and enthusiasm in all situations
  • Knowledge of Synergy – an advantage but not essential
  • High level awareness of IT system functionality
